These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of the Campus Launch AI platform (the "Platform"), owned and operated by AariyaTech UK Limited ("we", "our", "us"). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Eligibility

• Sellers must have legal authority to sell products in their jurisdiction.

Platform Role

Campus Launch AI acts as a technology and marketplace facilitator. We do not manufacture, own, or directly sell products unless explicitly stated.

Account Responsibilities

• Users are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality.
• All information provided must be accurate and up to date.

Prohibited Use

• False sustainability claims (greenwashing)
• Sale of illegal, harmful, or unethical products
• Misuse of data or platform systems

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• AariyaTech UK Limited shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages
• Total liability shall not exceed fees paid to the platform in the previous 12 months

These policies are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
